A heavy brass base with two square glass inkwells each with a removable square brass cap with applied disc marked "F.W. & H.A. Jones Inc./General Agents" surrounding the central "Large Facilities". I don't know if this was an advertising promotion or for use within the company. There is no indication of where the business was located. The base has no indication of the maker. The brass base appears to be lacquered and has a few small losses. It measures 8 x 4 3/4 inches and is quite heavy tipping the scales at almost 3.5 pounds.
